Refund policy
All sales are final. After your order has been placed and fabric has been cut, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. If your fabric, pattern, or notion is damaged, or if we sent you the wrong product, please email as immediately at jacqui@fringefabrics.com and we’ll make it right. We do not accept returns after 30 days under any circumstances.
We do our best to accurately depict a fabric’s color, texture, and dimensions in our site videos and photographs. That said, colors may vary depending on your device and monitor. You can always reach out to us for a swatch sample just to be sure. We thoroughly check for blemishes, snags, and other imperfections in our fabrics before shipping.
We do offer exchanges on patterns and notions in-store. Feel free to visit us!
