Join us for a hands-on introduction to sewing with Hannah Gioutlos of Modistra Sews! This beginner-friendly workshop is perfect for those who want to learn the basics of sewing in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll leave with a finished tote bag, new skills, and the confidence to take on more sewing adventures. Come ready to learn and create!

What you'll learn:

• Sewing machine safety and setup, including how to thread a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, sew a straight stitch and pivot a corner.

What's included:

• 4 hours of direct instruction and hands-on support
• High quality cotton fabric and webbing for your tote bag (you’ll have several colors and prints to choose from)
• Use of a classroom sewing machine (you’re also welcome to bring your own)

Who this class is for:
This class is designed for the beginning sewist—no experience needed! Class is limited to 5 students.
